Notice 7 - June 2014

Stacks Managed Investments Limited (SMI) has been approached by a group of members who have requested that SMI carry out a review of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund.

This Notice 7 sets out the way in which SMI will carry out the review and its effect on the ongoing management of the Fund.

We encourage all members to have their say on whether they wish a review to take place.
