The following outlines the process involved in approving a loan at Stacks Finance:

  1. Decide what sort of loan you require and check this site to determine whether it fits our broad parameters;
  2. Complete the Application Form, which can be downloaded here - remember fill in every question!!
  3. Send, fax or email the completed application form to us;
  4. If the loan complies with our loan parameters we will send you a conditional Letter of Offer and Privacy Form, which you will need to accept if you want to continue with the loan;
  5. Once we have received the signed Letter of Offer, Privacy Form and Application/Valuation Fees we will then order the valuation and prepare the mortgage documents. We cannot proceed further until we hold a satisfactory valuation but we will do our best to ensure it is carried out by the valuer in the fastest possible time. Unfortunately some valuations do take several weeks to be sent to us;
  6. Once we hold the satisfactory valuation, the mortgage documents are correct and all our terms and conditions have been complied with, we will proceed to settlement and you will receive your funds.
