Current Disclosure Documents
We are pleased to announce that we have now updated our Product Disclosure documents for The Mortgage Fund (the Fund).
Our new Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) comprises several parts:
- The current Target Market Determination (TMD) dated 5 October 2021;
- The current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) dated 28 September 2022;
- The current ASIC Benchmark and Disclosure Report (Benchmark Report) dated 1 May 2024; and
- The appropriate Application Form for your customer type.
To invest in the Fund follow the steps below:
- Step 1 - Download the current TMD, PDS and current Benchmark Report;
- Step 2 - Download the appropriate application form for your customer type; and
- Step 3 - If you require any additional documents download as appropriate.

In order to determine which customer type you are, it will depend on who will own the investment, for example:
- If you intend to own the investment personally (either individually or jointly with others) download the application form 'Individual’;
- If you intend to own the investment in the name of your company download the application form 'Company’;
- If you intend to own the investment in the name of your family trust download the application form 'Trust’;
- If you intend to own the investment in the name of your superannuation fund download the application form 'Super Fund’
Depending on which ‘customer type’ you are, the Law requires that certain additional information be collected. We will contact you if additional information is required.
The ASIC Benchmark Report will be updated on a regular basis (at least six-monthly) and can be downloaded from this website. If you are unable to download the current Benchmark Report contact our Member Services team and we will send you a paper copy free of charge.
